being fully aware of the risks, conditions and hazards of the proposed activity as a participant, and in consideration for the enjoyment and experience of being able to rent and operate watercraft, I HEREBY AGREE TO WAIVER, RELEASE AND DISCHARGE in advance “CREE LAKE Lodge (2009) Ltd. and any owners or employees of said company from any and all liability, claims for damages for death, personal injury, or property damage which I may have or which may hereafter accrue to me as a result of my participation in operating watercraft and any and all other activities of this outdoor excursion. Whether known or unknown at this time, even if that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness of the part
or persons or entities mentioned above. I agree to accept all responsibility for the risks, conditions and hazards which may occur, whether they be known or unknown, ARISING FROM ANY ACCIDENT, INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE WHATSOEVER, RELATED TO, RESULTING FROM, OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH, CUSTOMERS PARTICIPATION OR OPERATION OF SAID WATERCRAFT.
By signing below you agree to be fully responsible for any and all damages beyond normal wear and tear to the equipment rented. All repairs for damages will be billed back in full for all time and materials required. Any equipment that is lost or destroyed beyond reasonable repair will be charged full retail value for replacement. This includes all tent excursion inclusions including shore lunch rental items and the no dirty dishes policy. NO EXCEPTIONS. It is your responsibility to know how to use and operate the said equipment and you agree to accept it AS IS. You also acknowledge that you have read, signed, and agreed to everything in this waiver in regard to liability and damages.
*Saskatchewan resident guests under 16 and over 65 SK do not require a licence. Non-resident guests aged 16 and under AND Canadian Veterans are also exempt and do not require a licence.
